Well, that was a surprise!

While the staff were impressively attentive and made quick room changes easy, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Stains plagued the carpets, and I was truly taken aback by the odor permeating the hallways. This was not what I expected for my stay.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for quieter surroundings and a better view, enhancing your overall experience during your stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Extended Stay America on Connector Road, where the friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home. My studio room was clean, allowing me to enjoy the kitchen amenities like the stove and fridge, which I really appreciated. Quiet surroundings provided me with much-needed relaxation after my busy days.

The staff here truly went above and beyond, especially Mina, the manager, who seemed genuinely invested in our comfort and satisfaction.

Unfortunately, I did notice that the hallway carpets could use a deep clean, as they were pretty stained and detracted from the overall impression of the hotel.
